We are a team of 4 researchers (with a total of 94 years of experience), each of whom is a senior manager fully responsible for the project in his/her care. It may happen that we share certain tasks or projects, but we never delegate to a junior level, because, quite simply, we feel that having one is not right for the kind of company we are.
